VALIDITY:

Our money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days after purchase and applies to the first-time purchase of any single product. This guarantee does not cover multiple units or non-supplement products, which are subject to our standard returns policy.

Please note, that purchases made through other retailers must adhere to their return policies.

MULTIPLE UNIT REFUNDS:

For purchases involving multiple units, we offer a refund for one opened unit and require that any remaining unopened units be returned to us before issuing a full refund.

MULTIPLE ORDER REFUNDS:

Orders placed before 14:00pm typically ship the same day; orders after this time ship the next business day. Please be aware of potential delays during holidays. Orders received after 14:00pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS POLICY:

Our returns policy is active for 30 days after purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received. Used/open products are non-returnable unless covered by our money-back guarantee.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

To initiate a return, please email info@advancedinfusion.com with your order number, full name, and details on whether you seek a refund or exchange. Please return items in their original packaging. If exchanging, specify the desired products.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, we cover the shipping for any exchanges sent back to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

All sales of clearance, closeout, and special order items are final. Returns or exchanges for these items are not accepted.

RECEIVING A REFUND:

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the return, and it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the request.
